After years of research and development, Ai Yaku is proud to offer its own high performance dental lithium disilicate deltal glass-ceramics. It has achieved flexural strength of 500 MPa, simulate the hardness of a natural tooth and provide 16 Shades and 4 Bleach Shade color options.

This product is compatible to Sirona, Zirkonzahn and Rolandlmes-icore CAD/CAM Sysetm. It is easy to mill, have excellent esthetics and have fast crystallization process which could enable the dentist to finish the tooth restoration whithin 2 hours.

Aiyaku, founded in 2017, is a large-scale national high-tech enterprise that develops and produces dental glass ceramics. The company's main products are dental glass ceramics and bioactive glass bone powder.

The company was co-founded by three materials scientists came back from the United States: Professor Tang Dian (Famous ceramic materials expert), Dr. Tang Zhongzhi (current CTO, former Corning Senior Materials Researcher, former Huawei Chief Glass Materials Expert) and Professor Zhang Teng (former Deputy Dean of School of Materials of Fuzhou University).

The company holds 13 invention patents, 13 utility model patents, and one American and European invention patent. The company has passed ISO13485 certification. Our dental glass ceramics have obtained CE and FDA certification. The FDA certification of bioactive bone is on the way.

Bioactive glass is a bioactive glass 45S5 ceramic developed by Professor Larry Hench of the University of Florida in the United States. It is a composed of silicon, sodium, phosphorous and calcium oxides. All of these elements are naturally present in the human body and are key components in the osteogenesis process.

This product is non-pyrogenic and non-immunogenic, which is better than calcined bovine bone or synthetic hydroxyapatite bone powder.It is compatible with autologous and freeze-dried bone, fully absorbable by the body and will transform into natural bone over time. The aboved features enable this product to be perfectly suitable in filling of bone defects in orthopedic surgery and filling bone defects in oral and cranio maxillofacial surgery.
